Rock-Em Sock-Em Robots

This mod alters the Robotics Expert perk to give you an additional option when sneaking up on a \'bot... you can talk, deactivate or, if you have one of two different types of \"combat bolt\" in your inventory, you can force the \'bot into one of two combat factions. Attach a blue bolt to put one \'bot into the \"blue faction,\" attach a red bolt to another \'bot to put them into the \"red faction\" and then stand back and watch the sparks fly. If the \'bot is already owned and controlled by you, you will not have to sneak up on it to attach a bolt. You must, however, still be crouching when activating the bot, as with the Robotics Expert deactivation option. If the bot is hostile or not controlled by you, you cannot attach a bolt to it if you have not successfully snuck up on it. After installing a bolt the \'bot will glow a color matching the bolt color to indicate that a bolt has been attached. Bolts attached to \'bots upon death are lost. Crouching and activating a \'bot with a bolt attached will allow you to detach and retrieve the bolt into your inventory. Combat Bolts are available from Moira at Craterside Supply in Megaton. You can also find a cache of them in a toolbox under a table in the Robco factory. Now includes \"electro bolts\" which will immediately disable the brain of a robot they are attached to, making them go berzerk. Thanks to 69hascale on the \'Nexus for this idea. I play-tested this mod myself to make sure the features are working, but have not played it extensively. This appears to work fine with TalkieToaster\'s RobCo Certification perk.
