Realistic hardcore Stimpaks - decreased multiplier

As said in the small description, this mod aims at making stimpaks less overpowered. More in the way they are described in the old fallout games.

It will make the game a lot harsher, no more shooting like a maniac uncovered and increasing your HP during fights by injecting a haul of them. (if you do that, you'll to use thrice the amount you would use normally, so basically you'll lose a shit ton more of them, so in a way although they are abundant, you can't accumulate as many of them as before.
