Having problems with CTD when trying to enter the area where the Red Racer factory is, try this file.
I was having CTD every time I tried to enter the area where the red racer factory is located, it did not matter which direction I came from, but thanks to a tip off from MRNot on the Fallout 3 forum I was able to track it down to single NPC raider \"LvRaiderMelee\" (0002F6E3) in cell Wilderness 1,-16 this file disables the raider, I have had no problems since, thanks to all those on the Fallout3 forum for your help.
