Prototype Arc Blade

Adds a New one handed melee weapon to a locked safe inside Alexandria Arms. This is a Work in Progress so there will be bugs and please let me know bout them so i can crush them. For those that are wondering here is a basic rundown of the weapon\'s stats. Please note that i mainly built this for my game which is set on Very Hard with MMM - Increased Increased Spawns. base damage 50(at 100 melee skill) deals 5 shock damage per second for 5 seconds Added Damage to Mechanical Enemies(ie Robots) 200 Added Damage to flesh based enemies 50 Causes 1 second of paralysis to flesh based enemies once i finish writing the background story you will see how the damages fit in. Future Plans: Better Handgrip Model(still learnin blender/3ds max) Background Story. Quest to get the blade. and hopefully much more. Update: V1. 0b - Fixed World Object Crash V1. 0c - Custom Sounds are finished - Custom Impact Data Added - Custom Weapon Effects Added - Lowered Base Damage to Allow for Scripted Damage Effects V1. 0d - Modified Scripted Damage to be Usable In Lower Difficulties. - Added Arc Gauntlet Tho Not in Game it Can Be Added Via Console with this Additem Code: xx0022A8 - The Gauntlet Is Not Finished But If You Find Any Bugs With It Let Me Know. V1. 0e - Fixed Red ! mark Problem. - The Blade should no longer hide the backpack. Requirements: Fallout 3 Recommended: Very Hard Difficulty MMM - Increased Increased Spawns Installation: Unzip it in Data folder and Activate ArcBladeV1c.esp Updating Instalation: Deactivate ArcBladeV1.esp. Unzip it in Data folder and Activate ArcBladeV1c.esp. Dont know yet if you have to aquire the blade again tho.
