What Makes It Unique
It is an automatic Plasma Rifle, dealing 30 Damage per shot. It also has more durability (1200 vs 900). Weight was increased by 2. Base VATS To-Hit chance is lowered to 17 vs 45. Action Points usage is higher (35 vs 15).
Obtaining The Gun
The weapon is located in the Mirelurk Nesting Hole located between The Washington Monument and Lincoln Memorial.
