Mezz100percent

A small change to the Mesmetron script so that it has 100% chance of mezzing. No frenzy, no brain bombs. This does not affect anything else. It does not change who can or cannot be mezzed. That means, if you couldn\'t mezz them before, this won\'t change that. There are other Mesmetron mods that change the faction list of allowable targets. If you wanted something different, try: Alien Mesmetron Works on Everyone Enhanced MezActuallyWorks I guess it\'s necessary to say, if you have another mod that modifies the Mesmetron script, then they WILL conflict. This was kind-of by request but considering that I just reload and shoot again till mezz works, this will save me some time as well. Added alternate non-replacer version. A new \"Mesmefier\" added outside Dukov\'s Place. Basically copied all the scripts to new names so it won\'t conflict or overlap other mods that use the Mesmetron script. If you use the optional file, you won\'t need to bother with the main file, you don\'t need them both. Updated the Mesmefier to use a renamed object effect.
