Metro Map Replacer

Details ======= Being a resident of the DC Metropolitan area I found the metro maps from Fallout 3 to be a bit too generic and unhelpful. The goal of this mod was to make something a bit more authentic looking while keeping it true to the Fallout3 Metro System. This is not simply a copy and paste of DC\'s metro map, those maps are copyright protected and Fallout3\'s metro isnt nearly as accurate as the real thing. Therefore I made this map from scratch, but it was heavily inspired by the maps seen in the DC Metro system. Some of the names of the stations have been changed to reflect their real-life counterparts. (ex; \"Museum\" has been replaced with \"Smithsonian\", \"Friendship\" w/ \"Friendship Heights\"...) This mod comes with a clean and dirty version of the map as well as a lit version used for many of the metro interiors. By defualt the dirty versions are the replacers, the clean version is just a modders resource so that you can add your own filter/brushes. Feel free to use this mod how ever you like. Install ======= 1. Extract the textures folder into your /Fallout 3/Data folder Uninstall ========= 1. Delete the files (\"metromap.dds\", \"metromaplightbox01.dds\") in you /Fallout 3/data/textures/architecture/urban/ Incompatibility =============== Any mod that replaces the files \"metromap.dds\" and \"metromaplightbox01.dds\" in the /Fallout 3/data/textures/architecture/urban/ directory Known Issues or Bugs ==================== None known.
