1. INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

1. Extract to Fallout 3/Data and enable Mesmetron Works on

Everyone in the Fallout 3 Launcher.

2. Mod Description

******************************************************

This mod modifies the Mesmetron to work on all NPCs currently in

the game and in the future added by mods including children (may

require a child killing mod). Essential NPCs cannot be mezzed,

however using a mod that removes essential tags will allow them

to be mezzed.

In addition the chance to mez people has been raised to 80% and

the chance to frenzy has been lowered to be around the same

chance as head exploding.

is due to them not having any audio files for the text and it

cannot be fixed.

This mod will work best with my mod below. Which allows

you to enslave people repeatedly without returning

to Paradise Falls

Technical Babble: This mod works by modifying the scripts

MS13MezzedScript and MS13MesmetronEffectScript. Checks for

being in the mez faction or being a child are removed and when

mezzed a character is added into the MS13CanMez faction to auto

equip them with the dialogue options for slave collaring.
