Improved Goggles

This mod is brother to my Improved Glasses mod. I\'ve simply made the biker goggles wearable with the surgical mask and modified the stats a little(See readme details). I\'m open to suggestion about the stat bonuses i\'ve added. There\'s an optional esp which only makes the goggles wearable with the surgical mask but doesn\'t change the stats. Details ======= Biker Goggles: DR 3 PER +1 (while outside) They\'re not really shades so no PER bonus while it\'s sunny but they do protect against the wind and dust of the wastelands!! DR increased by 2 because they cover a lot more than glasses which have DR 1.
