Walters Diving Suit

This mod adds a fully functional diving suit which provides the waterbreathing perk and +30 radiation resistance while equiped. Based on the Enclave Scientist Outfit. Item can be obtained once, for free, after a short (and of course unvoiced) dialogue with Walter of Megaton. Of course there\'s no way to fight underwater, so the adventure options are limited to travel between areas: swimming to Raven\'s Rock, swimming to Rivet City, the few short sections of underwater interiors, etc. In case you\'re wondering, this is the original, the first, at one time the only underwater breathing mod that actually worked. I planned an underwater quest and I scoured the internet and the original Fallout 3 BSA and I finally found the code for the underwater breathing \"spell\" left over from Elder Scrolls, which I\'d never played, and figured out how to make it work in a script and made it playable.
