Shouldn\'t decrease performance, unless your computer is very slow. *********************************** Installing ************************************** To install, simply extract the contents of the archive to (install folder)\\Fallout 3\\Data\\ To uninstall the mod, go to \'Fallout 3\\Data\\Textures\\decals\\\' and delete these two files: impactdecalglass01.dds impactdecalglass01_n.dds
