Human Designed Blaster Guns

Human Blaster Cannon model and cut down rifle version,textures,sound effects, and particles. Includes Blaster Radsuit retexture. Now includes a Pistol version. For use by anyone who likes it in anyway they wish, Blaster weapons ment to be a area effect accurate percision energy weapons, they do decent damage compared to plasma but overall less per target, but splash makes them useful agasint mutiple foes. Fully useable in game as is, however hasnt been added to any vendors or droped anywhere to be found in the game world.(plan on creating a mission to get them, anyone intrested in helping let me know) AddItem command will be required if you just want to play with stuff directly rather then add it into another mod or your own game world. Feedback, ideas and advice welcomed(feel free to pick at it if you see something you think needs changing).
