Healing Nuka Cola (over time like Sunset Sarsaparrilla)

I really liked how Sunset Sarsaparilla functions in FNV and I missed it in FO3 so I changed it. I thought someone would like that change too so here I give you that.

Two options

1.-  Nuka Cola: 2 Hp X 25 Seconds = 50 Hp Iced Nuka Cola: 4 Hp X 25 Seconds = 100 HP

2.-  Nuka Cola: 3 Hp X 25 Seconds = 75 Hp Iced Nuka Cola: 6 Hp X 25 Seconds = 150 Hp

To install just copy your preferred Nuka Cola healing amount .esp and paste it in your data folder. then activate the esp with your mod manager
