Increases damage across the board. Works with all weapons including ones added in by mods.
This is a new approach to damage modification. Rather than changing all weapons individually, it changes the base damage in regards to skill level. So, basically, your damage dealt with weapons will increase dramatically with the level of your skills. This includes enemies as well, so be careful!
