Enhanced Weather - Radioactive Rain Fix

I\'m a big fan of the radioactive rain option in Enhanced Weather Rain and Snow, since I always felt that rad resist was kind of a useless stat most of the time since you only get irradiated in certain areas. The problem was, the way it\'s implemented in that mod, you take an unresistable 1 rad/s, so not only is it STILL a useless stat, but you\'ll die from radiation overdose way too quickly. This mod fixes it so that the 1 rad/second rad damage can be resisted like other sources of 1 rad/second damage. Naturally, Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow is required for this mod. To use this fix, first you have to disable the Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp that comes with that mod, load your game and save it with that mod disabled (This is to remove the ability that it sticks you with - that ability is still present in my file, it\'s just not used). Then, replace that file with this one, and you\'re done. To remove this mod, all you need to do is disable the .esp.
