Encounters of The Capital Wasteland - Vault 101 and Springvale

So we all know about the random encounters in Fallout 3. Some are cool, some are hit or miss. But I thought it was amazing. I got inspired to do a series for Fallout: New Vegas that does something similar, and was asked to do it for Fallout 3. So here we are.

What this mod does is add set, scripted encounters (Not to be confused with Random Encounters, as I don't know how to code those) to the Vault 101 and Springvale areas. From simple conversations to arguing Wastelanders to a water-hoarder, and even a prisoner!

DISCLAIMER: THIS MOD WILL ASSUME YOU'VE STARTED A NEW GAME, THEREFORE A NEW GAME STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR SOME ENCOUNTERS TO MAKE SENSE. A NEW GAME IS NOT REQUIRED, HOWEVER, IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING MAKING SENSE!
