A modified version of Lincoln's hat making it a new in-game item gives it Damage Resistance 5 Barter +15 Small Guns +15 Sneak +15 Per +1 and Charisma +1
A modified version of Lincoln's hat adds enhancements making it a new in-game item gives it Increased Damage Resistance AR, Increased Barter, increased Small Guns, increased Sneak, increased Per, and increased Charisma. Makes it a better more usable item then before. Repairable with prewar hats.
Copy the esp to you fallout 3 data folder enable it in you mod manager
