The Chem Enhancer affects the following items: Jet Buffout Psycho Mentats Grape Mentats Berry Mentats Orange Mentats Ultrajet Wine Schotch Vodka Beer Whiskey Med-X Rad-X Rad-Away Nuka-Cola Qauntum This does not break any quests,and is completely safe. So this means that you still can collect the Qauntums for the Nuka Cola Challenge. Please note that I also haven\'t changed value, only the effects. I have updated it. I haven\'t changed anything about the drugs this time, I have retextured the Food Sanitizer to make a new texture for this, I have added some background info, and I have put it in the right place this time. Oops.. WARNING!!! Do not uninstall this while under the effects of psycho. Due to the way Psycho is set up this will create problems with uninstalling, but ONLY while under the effects of Psycho.
