AWOP Power of Pain perk

In AWOP if you side with the Warden at the end of Friendship Asylum he gives you a pretty OP perk that boosts your health by 250 and makes you regen health in combat.

The perk I've made here is the same thing but it only gives a 100 health bonus, and it's rewarded to the player automatically for killing the Warden. It felt like a good alternative for good characters to still get a decent reward for friendship asylum without having to side with the Warden.
