all races playable with custom ghouls

My first mod, just a simple mod that makes all of the races in the game playable simple but effective and good for rping the one with custom ghouls contains another .esp in the zip file and the all races playable there is 4 more ghoul races that i made and changed there looks to be different looking then the default all of the races are: african american african american child african american old african american old aged african american raider asian asian child asian old asian old aged asian raider caucasian caucasian child caucasian old caucasian old aged caucasian raider ghoul hispanic child hispanic old hispanic old aged hispanic raider edit to play as a child without those restrictions download this file i take no credit for the no restriction mod http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1817 Update: I have updated it so you can use it on the newest version of fallout 3 and one of the ghouls in custom ghouls were not working so he had to be removed. I will try to get him working again and get him back in the game.
