Activate VATS at Longer distances

I\'m kinda amazed that this has not yet been made. This mod allows you to use Vats when much farther away from enemies, making it ideal for snipers. EDIT: Even with this mod it will be difficult to actually hit anyone in Vats. When I realized that I stumbled upon this super mod: VATS MCE. With this mod Vats accuracy will be determined by your skills as it should be and get those cool uber long range sniper shots when used together with my mod!
