129 Fallout Nights_HD Sky Retextures

Fixed some textures again. More should be kosher. Also, had over 3200 downloads. Would love more ratings and comments so I can continue to better this project. Please give a shout out if you need anything and thanks so much for checking this out! ~E About the Mod: This mod gives you the option of 129 textures for the Fallout 3 night sky. This is still a work in progress, as FO3 does wierd things to the sky like Tile instead of Stretch, so I tried to size properly, but still working as there are MANY files. Feedback is always appreciated. NOTE: Obviously these are up here for fun. NOT realism, well at least not all of them. But they sure are purty. These are mostly NASA and Hubble images of nebulae, galaxies and star clusters. Originally Made for Oblivion, changed texture sizes and renamed to work with Fallout. Tested most and they work properly. Some banding on some of the skies. ***UPDATE Feb. 3 2009***** Added some new layers to the file, though some skies with the medallion type sky still repeat endlessly on the sky-dome. I think this is an issue with the meshes. If anyone wants to give it a shot to keep it repeating let me know. I would say about 70 - 80% of the files work now though. Also added new screenshot to show how it looks in Operation: Anchorage. ================================== Installation: 1. Place the individual starsky.dds that you like into your Fallout3/data/textures/sky folder. if there is not already a \"Sky\" folder, just make one. 2. Edit your ArchiveInvalidation.txt (or create one in Fallout 3\\Data) with this additional line: textures/sky/skystars.dds 3.
