📋 About This Mod
Re-HD Textures
Restore the pre-Wastelanders textures to your game.
This archive pack contains almost all of the original resolution textures that were downgraded by the Wastelanders update.
The textures included here are mostly junk items, weapons and weapon attachments, and various clothing pieces.
There are 4 separate archive.ba2 files to download; Atx (Atom Shop), Clothing, Items & World objects, and Weapons & attachments.
Many of the textures included are 1024, but some are 2048 or higher, and they are replacing a lot of 512 and lower textures.
You will need to add the names of these archives high on your load list, after skin textures but before any other texture mods.
Create or add to your custom .ini, or download and use the provided file.
Located at: Documents\MyGames\Fallout 76\Fallout76Custom.ini
All other texture replacers should be after these base textures in your load order.
Re-HD Textures restores pre-Wastelanders high-resolution textures for Fallout 76, covering junk, weapons, clothing, and Atom Shop items. It includes four archive files that replace downgraded 512 textures with 1024 or higher versions. Requires manual load order and .ini configuration. With 139 endorsements and 9,238 downloads, it's a niche fix for texture fidelity.

For Fallout 76 players who miss the sharper textures from before the Wastelanders update and want to restore visual fidelity without overhauling the entire game. Ideal for modders comfortable with manual load order and .ini tweaks. Skip if you prefer current textures or want an all-in-one texture pack.
