Natural INI - Fidelity and Performance

Decided to release my personal INI file i've been messing with. better visuals and performance

CHANGES

-Toned down bloom and eye adaptation, and massively toned down Astigmatism lens flares (like 10% opacity)

-Improved SSAO that scatters better

- Clearer and sharper(as sharp as the engine can handle) shadows

-Far subtler blur effects. much better visually

-grass and flora is a tad more wavy

-general motion blur is DEAD and BURIED (damage blur/effect is still in. i like it)

-Threading and streaming enabled, should improve performance

-intro skips, get into the game as fast as possible

-Enlighten shader has been mutilated beyond recognition (NO MORE TINFOIL LIGHTING YAY!!!)

-higher decal count

-Pip-Boy menu up-res. it's a bit sharper

-sharper TAA (still ugly cuz it's TAA but better than nothing)

-decreased fade in for loading. should give control faster

-lowered light intensity. no more blinding circles of pure white

-no more greasy vaseline look!

IF YOU'RE GETTING STUTTER, SET THE GAME TO FULLSCREEN!!

i recommend applying a sharpen and clarity shader to the game via Geforce Experience or Reshade or something

also add your own Aniso filtering, cuz 76's is completely broken and useless

i also highly recommend these mods for a full visual revamp. main download has an alternate file with these BSAs already added
