AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor, RTX 3070 8GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 2xM2 SSD, 27-inch 2560x1440 monitor. I have the NG version of the game. I play FO4 at a resolution of 2560x1440 on ULTRA. No ENB, maximum with CLIKRAD Reshade - STALKER vibes.

I don't have, and probably won't have the AE.

The game has a problem with sound when you have "Enable audio enhancements" enabled in Windows - uncheck it, you're welcome.

Lightning can kill NPCs marked as mortal even through the roof of a building, be careful of this or just install ZPs Vanilla Weather Redone 08.

ZP's Vanilla Weather Redone:

Before installing this mod, uninstall ZP's Storm if you are using it.

The mod reworks and expands the vanilla weather, changes some effects, sounds, and brings realistic rain that doesn't look like falling pencils.

The mod is for those who like vanilla weather and lighting. The plugin requires Far Harbor and Nuka World DLCs. It is an ESP flagged as ESL.

Commonwealth weather has 6 new types.

Glowing Sea weather has 1 new type.

Far Harbor weather has 3 new types.

Nuka World weather has 7 new types.

Diamond City weather has 5 new types.

Goodneighbor weather has 5 new types.

Virtual World in FH DLC has 1 new type.

I tried the Image Space Project mod—HDR Bloom Blur Fog LUT Ambient Lights Alteration. Pictures were taken with this mod active.

Fog - there is no longer a bubble around the player that does not contain fog, the transition is so natural and realistic (in my opinion).

November 23, 2025 UPDATE - improved texture of "rad lightning", now it's perfect for me. Added Quantum Storm to Nuka World - see last pictures - the weirdness of the lighting is not very visible in the picture, you have to see it in the game.
