Adds a second moon to the game
Description
It adds the second moon to the game with a Z offset, all of the logic to render both moons is already in the game but what is lacking is usage of Z offsets defined in the game settings records fMasserZOffset and fSecundaZOffset. This mod consists of an F4SE plugin to do a post-update hook to apply the Z offset and an ESL-ified plugin that enables the second moon in the default climate. Size & offsets were slightly adjusted as well to give the visual you see here. The game assets are included with the game already.
