Adds FGEP Spawns for True Storms with radioactive teleport effects. Choice of Gamma Spawn, Glowing One Res Explosion spawn or Oswald Magic Puff Effect.
Glowing One Res and Oswald effects are quieter, Gamma is more explosive.
