Makes a few QoL fixes to Suggs' Garage and Suggs the vendor, from the Makeshift Weapons Pack.
~~~Overview~~~
Two major things bug me with the Makeshift Weapons Pack DLC. Specifically, Suggs Garage:
1/ No map marker - complete mongrel to re-find the place
2/ When purchasing a Power Armor frame - you have to go to Kleo's shop in Goodneighbor to pick it up

1/ A map-marker to fast-travel to (or at least a target in Survival mode)
2/ The Power Armor frame can now be picked up from directly outside the garage

Why do you need an FAQ?
Alright, yeah yeah I know someone else did a map marker mod. I found it when I went looking after making this mod - a couple months ago. They also disabled some'a the Marvin's Security stuff, which to me was a no-no. I didn't bother releasing mine because why bother, it's just a map marker.
I've been testing more PA frame stuff today...and hey, what's this damn "pick it up from Kleo's in Goodneighbor" thing? Get outta here! So now it's released.
Q: I can't find the PA frame!
A: Use ya freakin' eyes.
