Go to http://reshade.me/ and download Reshade 1. 1. 0. Extract ReShade Framework 1. 1. 0.zip and copy Reshade folder, Reshade.fx and Reshade64.dll to the game directory(SteamApps\common\Fallout 4). Rename Reshade64.dll to dxgi.dll
