How to start?

North of Jamaica Plain stands a giant billboard advertising the town. At the rear of the sign you will find a hatch.

What should I expect?

Fear is a strange thing. Some may find this mod unsettling. Some may not. Either way I hope you enjoy the experience, do let me know how you found it.

This is a mod of two halves. The first section will see you trapped and powerless. The second part is there as a form of...catharsis.

This is an unmarked quest. There are no map markers. From the moment you enter, make sure you read terminal entries and notes, they will be your only guide as to how to escape.

Requirements?

Automatron, Far Harbour, Nuka World and the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC.

Not recommended mods?

Fallsouls - Whilst an excellent, immersive mod in its own right, it will make this one much, much harder as it stops game time freezing when reading terminals and notes. This can end badly for you in Vault 117. You have been warned.

It is dark in there. Take a flashlight (or install a mod), it adds much more to the experience than the default pipboy light.

Speaking of, it is really dark in there. I can't say how it will look with your personal blend of lighting mods, ENBs and/or Reshades.

Wear headphones and turn up the volume, sometimes sounds will be the only warning you get.

Leave your followers outside. They can't help you and will just get in your way.

A note for YouTubers and lore purists.

This mod contains music from Epidemic Sounds which (I've been informed) may be flagged for copyright when uploaded to YouTube. Likewise my music choices for the second half of the mod may be immersion breaking for those who like their Fallout strictly lore friendly.

I chose music to evoke an emotional response in the player. However, my artistic vision aside I do want people to enjoy my mods, so I have created a 'Vanilla Music Version'
