In vanilla the game would dim everything else when something "bright" happened.
This mod would reduce that effect as much as possible.
This mod was inspired by proponent's Disable Eye Adaptation but covers all areas from DLC.
Those who use ENB can use this instead: ENB eye adaptation - NO more excessive brightness or darkness
