Unlocking Ballistic Weave with other factions

This mod allows the player to ignore the Railroad and still earn the ballistic weave. Unlike other mods that let you unlock Ballistic weave from the get-go, this mod lets you unlock it as part of game progression. Upon the destruction of the Railroad (Tactical Thinking for BOS and End of the line for Inst) the player will unlock the ability to add ballistic weave.

Lore wise, it can easily be stated that the Railroad had come across the schematics themselves (as they sent Glory out to do missions the player would have done), and upon their destruction Scribes/Synths searched what was left of the HQ and came across the schematics and passed them on to their faction, and in turn the player.

I made this mod so I could unlock Ballistic Weave, yet still feel I was unlocking it, and not getting it from the get go, or having to resort to console commands.

1. 1 update - I made it so this also unlocks the weave if the player has already killed off the Railroad. It will unlock at the beginning of the quest that follows it. Spoils or War for BoS, and Airship down for Inst if the BoS are still alive, if BoS are already dealt with, then it will unlock at the beginning of Nuclear Family.

This mod is also available for consoles.
