This mod simply delevels all of the leveled items and leveled npcs down 1. Which means everything will be harder (npcs) and high level loot will be easier to get.
Its a bit of a trade off. these high level npcs that spawn at level 1 are gonna be hard to deal with.
Its a bit unbalanced of course. I would recommand a total of 30 followers.
Also i would keep the difficulty at normal, unless you like gimping yourself even more.
