Hello everyone, TU3SD4Y here, bringing you another settlement blueprint. This one is still a work-in-progress but becouse there was interest in it as it is right now I have decided to release it as it is for now.

When it is all done I will ofcourse also make a settlement blueprint of the finished product.

WHAT IS THIS BLUEPRINT?
