TU3SD4Y'S Spectacle Island City - 4 Versions Edition

Hello everyone, TU3SD4Y here with the newest version of my Spectacle Island Settlement.

This settlement is still a work-in-progress but since it was requested quite a bit I figured I would upload it anyways as it is right now.

Nice city right? But what would it look like if it were to be abandoned?

Or what would it look like with a green grass overhaul?

well I got you covered because there are 4 versions that you can download and import into your game.

Thriving City:

Just like the title sais, its a Thriving city that has been around for a bit over a 100 years on Spectacle Island. Founded by the people who left Diamond city after the super mutant attack and currently the home for many happy settlers.

Former Glory:

A Thriving City once, but the people fled the city for a reason that is still unknown to this day. Some say there was a virus and others say they got attacked. I guess we will never know for sure. All we know is that this city has been abandoned for decades now.

The Green Jewel:

A city where the grass is green and where there is live in every tree. The (true) Green Jewel is the home for many settlers that just want a normal live.

Nature's Reclaim:

The people might have left the city, but Mother Nature didn't go anywhere. And now she owns this town.
