Adds a tribal style helmet based on art from Fallout 2
This mod is based on a piece of art from Fallout 2.
It adds a broken T51 helmet with war paint on it that you can wear as a normal helmet and an outfit to go with it.
The helmet is just a broken helmet, it can't be equipped to a power armor frame.
The outfit has ballistic weave compatibility.
The helmet and outfit can be found next to a skeleton and a van outside Vault 111.
It isn't CBBE compatible and it won't ever be.
The paint job isn't directly the same as the one from Fallout 2 so don't bite my head off in the comments
