PERFECT FOR ALL YOU EDGY GOTH KIDS!
This is a remake of my remake of the Merc Cruiser Outfit from Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
It can be found on gunners and uses scripted leveled list integration, so you need not worry about incompatibility.
If you are too lazy to leave your settlement it can be crafted at a chem workbench.
This is currently not part of my armor pack but it will be coming with a bunch of my other new armors (along with some stuff I haven't shown off) in TDL-FAP 2. 0
and I finally un-borked my files so now you can add ballistic weave for you guys who like a nice relaxing survival playthrough. I am terrible at balancing but this shouldn't be crap or OP.
