Transfer Settlements Spectacle Island

Spectacle Island blueprint based around a small lake in the middle. I tried to keep the number of mods down as low as i could. These 4 and the following scrap mods are required.

1. Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints by CDante (version 1. 41 or higher)

2. Homemaker - Expanded Settlements by NovaCoru  (complete version)

3. Build Your Own Pool by Akarnan

4. Craftable Grass - Bushes - Vines _Plantable foliage_ by Jyggilag

I use the "Scrap Everything"  by shadowslasher410 , "Spring Cleaning by nverjos" and "Spring Cleaning Compatibility Patch" mods to completely clear out the settlement beforehand. Make sure Spring Cleaning Compatibility patch is last in your load order of all the scrap mods. With these scrap mods just type "scrapall" (without quotations) in console and that will take care of everything that needs to be cleared.

So those are the 4 and the scrap mods you will need but because i moved the workshop bench and built over the spot it originated you will need a way to move it and i did that with "Place Everywhere by TheLich". (in workshop mode "insert" key by default allows you to move it)

Highly recommend next mod.

1. Fallout 4 Seasons - Grass - Trees - Plants - Snow by GameDuchess Adds a huge amount of plants and grass. Adds leaves to most of the dead trees of the commonwealth along with lots of color depending on what season you choose. I'm using Spring version in the screenshots. If you want the yellow and pink leaves on the trees you will need the spring version.

Another option to this Blueprint is Caladon's version where he uses my Spectacle island as a starting point to his and filled in the open's area's really well. It adds a very large Marina and an Arena and Amphitheater section. It will require several more mods but it's worth it. Check it out at https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28061/?. Version 1. 5 exported with Transfer Settlements 1. 41 so will transfer all water and powered connections.

 Had a couple issues when importing this settlement on a new game i started. Uploaded a read me file that covers them.
