📋 About This Mod
A transfer settlements blueprint for Graygarden.
Graygarden Overpass Settlement 1. 4: Needs Far Harbor + Wasteland Workshop DLC
An overhauled version of one of my first big builds post Far Harbor release. This settlements has structures that go up onto the overpass at Graygarden. Once settlers are assigned to tasks this settlement is self sufficient. I recommend nuking your settlement with the transfer settlements nuke option on import and also scrapping as many scrapable objects you find that could conflict with a clean import. This blueprint should only require DLCs and no additional mods or plugins other than those needed to run transfer settlements. If the import is not perfect or close to perfect, nuke the structure, scrap any potential conflicts and import again. Scrap around the greenhouse (you should be able to leave the plants that the robots are farming) and all scrapable junk on both levels of the road for the best import results (I found through testing that no scrapping is really needed if the settlement is stock just remove things you have already built). If you want an older version of this settlement with smaller file size or more of my blueprints go to Luke369's Blueprint Collection mod page.
Changed in 1. 4:
- Reorganized and rebuilt sections of the market and entrance building and their roofs. Market section no longer clips the greenhouse, added a windmill.
-Added more support beams for a less gravity defying look.
-Removed shack foundation flooring that overhung the overpass edges and replaced it with wood floor (looks better this way).
-Added a small Brahmin pen.
-Added a trade post.
Changed in 1. 3:
- Wired transfer compatibility
I also added a small Fo4edit patch I made to increase the power of windmills to 8, up from 3. Just drop the file in your Fo4 data folder if you want higher windmill power. I can make more powers upon request easily. With this you should be able to power the settlement with just the windmills.
How to Increase Build Limit Without Mods:
To make your own big structure without exceeding build limit, throw guns on the ground and scrap them. You will free up build limit space quickly this way.
You must go to the Transfer Settlements - Sharable Settlement Blueprints NMM site to install that mod and others that are requires to use Transfer Settlements (see that mod page for details).
Next: Go to Program Files -> Steam--> Steamapps-->common-->Fallout 4--> Data-->F4SE-->Plugins-->Transfer Settlements-->Blueprints
Next: Make a new folder inside Blueprints (Or overwrite blueprint in existing folder and you are all set), give it a number (1,2,3,4.....) for a name (Make sure it does not conflict with the numbering of your other blueprints and I also recommend numbering in sequence( If you had 3 blueprints previously then you should name the new folder "4",
