The Scrap Grinder - Wolfgang's Patches

While I despise Fallout 76 for its' sheer existence, I do have to admit that it has several pretty solid engine improvements over Fallout 4. Namely, the addition of being able to scrap junk items into their various components. isathar made an incredible mod that adds a new workbench for scrapping, but I always founjd it slightly lacking. So after months of work, I have updated, integrated and incorporated it seamlessly into Fallout 4's world.

    This patch was made by me for me, specifically to aid in building settlements up in Sim Settlements 2. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as I do!
