More Immersive Quest Start - Coffee and Donuts Workshop Pack (Creation Club)

Like the other mods in my "More Immersive Quest Start" series, this changes the quest so that it no longer starts when you exit vault 111 for the first time or on game load when you first install the Coffee and Donuts Workshop Pack. Adds in 6 Player Only, SetStage Triggers at the locations of the Slocum Joe's Supply Crates. When you get close enough to any one of them, the quest will then pop up.

In the Original Creation, there is a second quest that handles the Vendor Leveled List Injections, so this also adds in a second set of 6 SetStage Triggers for starting the second quest. This quest is completely unseen by the player, but in the original creation it also triggers when leaving the vault or on the first load after installing the Creation. With this patch, entering any of the 6 Slocum's Joe buildings/locations will activate the quest to handle the LL Injections. This is less about immersion and more about giving the game one less excuse to trigger the Out Of Time bug.
