The Neponset retreat

HELLOOOO!!!!

Did  you miss me ??

Well  as  some  of  you  all  ready  know my  problems...i  couldnt  be  on my  main  rig  as  much  as  i  wanted

so this one  took  a little  longer.

Any  how.. lets get  to  the mod.

Lets start  with  a little  story for  lore's  sake ;)

About  20  years  ago  or  so a business man  decided  to make use  of  some  land  he  had located at  the Neponset park .

The  idea  was  to  make  a  self sufficient  and  secure retreat  of  sorts  where  people  could  stay  and  work  or  even  pay  and  stay .

Well as  we  all know building  something in  that  location that  is overrun by  nasty  people  and   a variety of  creatures  that  dont  like  humans  too  much was  going  to  be  a challenge.

So  he  decided  to  ask  some  nice  people  that  had  set  up  their  own  little "camp"  not  too  far  away.

These  nice  fellows  were  known  as the Atom Cats  .

The  deal  was  that  they  helped  keep the  build location  safe  while  the  workers built  up  the location.

As  a bonus  they  were  offered  free  stay  at  the location  if  they  so  wished.

The  years  went  by  and  it  was  finally  complete  but  the business  mans  health  wasnt  the  best  due  to  old  age  and  radiation .

So  as  a  final  request  before  he  passed  away  not  long  ago  was...

To  offer  it  to  the  one  called  the "lone wanderer"  that  he  had  heard  about   and  had  come  to  respect  because  of  that  persons  selfless  acts  to  help  clean  up  the  wasteland  and  help  those  in  need.

Word  has  been  sent  through  as  many  people  as  possible ...lets pray that  the  wanderer gets  the  message.

This  is  a full  blown  settlement  with  all  settlement aspects  tested  and  working  aside  from settlers  not  coming  too  often  due  to  the  distance BUT  as  usual  ive  placed  a nice  npc  spawner  .

Moving  settlers  to  and  from   and  assigning provision routes  works  fine as  well.

There  are  several  buildings including...

a) hotel  with  kitchen

b) meat and fish  shop  with  assignable  jobs

c) farm  with  a produce  stand  that  has  a  assignable  register

d)Clinic  with  assignable  doctor  job

e) Italian  pizza  place

f) clothing shop

g) gun/armor  shop

h) pool  with  outside bar .

i) sauna /mineral bath house

j)  Big  warehouse  that  is  also  a trading  vendor's  store

k) big  dock  for  supplies  etc..
