After a very very long break, I am pleased to introduce my latest preset....
I've spent quite a bit of time with this preset. About a month or so of tweaking before I took a break.
Victoria is a beautifully crafted preset made from scratch, or as close as you can from scratch.
Started off as one of the stock presets included in the vanilla game.

This preset was SUPER close to not even existing,
something had happened during some computer repairs
and after the dust settled I was left with a blank slate computer.
It was pretty discouraging having to start over in almost every aspect of modding, not to exclude other games I had on the computer at the time.
LUCKILY I had already uploaded a "draft" preset of this character to the nexus which I found much much later and decided to run with it. lol
Anyway...
