Discover and conquer the lost "installation K-21C" located above and under Tenpines Bluff. It's basically two settlements in one. You've got a camp in the forrest and an undergroud bunker (that doesn't require loading!). Of course the place is also quite defended and trapped.

This mod is packed with details, lots of lore and lots of interactive stuff (most of all, you can change the colors of the wall in the bunker!) and a few unique buildings.

A few tips: - you'll need ID Cards in order to use all the buildings. You'll find the first one on a body north of the barn. - i recommend going to the nearby cemetary first, you'll find a magazine that could prove very useful. - There is a wood pile along one building with 4 saws. Do not pick them up unless you don't want to scrap any trees otherwise, scrapping them in the workshop will scrap some trees as well. - a lot is explained in the notes (3), holotape(1) and terminals(3). - don't load this mod from a save where you are already at Tenpines.

Potential issues: - Doors and elevators need the cell to be refreshed to function. - If some element seem out of place (trees, ground, rocks, etc.) you'll need to make a clean save to fix it (save, exit, load without the mod, save, exit, load with the mod) - If you're using a green mod there might be conflicts and / or frame drop as I added lots of trees. - let me know of any other issues.

Lore: the location has its own lore but we're also following up on the characters that have been involved in my other overhauls. To recap, we're following Becky who happens to be a very distant niece of the sole survivor and who lived around 2180. Her familly traveled accross the us, to the commonwealth, hoping to gain access to vault 111. They're involved in several settlements along the way. The latest was Sunshine Tidings from which they barely escaped.
