The animation was animated by Diakyuto from his Mac-11 Machine Pistol Animations - Wardaddy. What I did is just some minor FO4Edit works.
Be advised, the partial reload animation is based on twin-handed one, so if your customisation alter the holding animation into one-handed, you will see an instant shifting of left hand. That is some kinda acceptable glitch I guess.
