T60 Pistol - 1st Person One Handed Animations for Power Armor

The aim of this mod is making changes to the anims of the T60 Pistol creation. Most of the anims are simply edits from the original set done by Armando Neto (NetoElite), but contain some original work as well.

One ESL-Flagged ESP that has the original mod as master contains new Race records that, by having more target keywords in their subgraphs entries, get prioritized over the original mod's. These race record only contains changes to the 1st Person animations. Additionally, this mod touches some OMODs to remove the small FOV change in them:

Instead, the FOV change is baked in the animations, like vanilla weapons do it, so you can avoid some minor visual bugs (such as minor FOV pop-in when aiming using power armor).

The following changes apply to both in and out-of-power armor 1st person animations:

- Baked in FOV zoom in when aiming, as explained before. In addition, baked in FOV zoom out when sprinting (same as vanilla).

- Changed weaponFire annotation timings in all of the single fire animations so the gun shoots instantly as soon as the animation start (from around 0. 06s to 0. 0s).

- Added custom JumpImpactLand animation instead of reusing 10mm pistol's.
