Stop Settlement Attacks

Its probably best to not update to 3. 0 in an ongoing save.  The script has drastically changed, and its now loose to not take up a ba2 slot.

This update is to make this more effective for large load orders.  This should catch everything now.

If you are using this mod as part of a mod list/collection, DO NOT update this mod unless the list author updates it in their list!  Doing so will break things.

Over many, many hours of gameplay I have grown tired of settlement attacks.  Getting a notification that a settlement is under attack while I am in the middle of a quest, building at a settlement, or trying to complete something that I specifically want to complete just got annoying to me.  I looked around and didn't see many options out there, so I decided to make my own.

This mod will stop settlement attacks at all vanilla, DLC, and mod added settlements.  There may or may not be an issue at Vault 88, I am unsure.  That being said, something that was important to me was to touch as little as possible with this.  This mod does not touch any quests and changes only one setting.

As far as compatibility goes, this should be compatible with anything as long as its not a mod that increases settlement attacks (obviously, but if you are using those you probably wouldn't be looking at this).  I have no idea what will happen if you are using the Ambush Kit from Creation Club.  This is compatible with Sim Settlements 2, HOWEVER, it DOES NOT stop the gunner attacks in the later chapters.

It should also be noted that if you are concerned with settler/settlement happiness you still need to build defense.  Defense is part of the Happiness calculations.

There is now only 1 file.  This should be fine as it detects settlements differently than before.

This plugin is a .esp with the ESL flag.  This means that they can sort normally in your load order, but do not count against your plugin limit.  As far as load order:  Placement should not matter.  I would leave it where ever LOOT puts it.

Installation:

Install with your favorite mod manager.

If you install mods manually then you already know what you need to do.

Uninstallation is not supported and will probably break your save.
