This is Matilda, Quincy Massacre survivor turned weapon expert and mercenary. She will follow you with her custom made Auto Gauss Rifle.
Her backstory may not be entirely lore friendly, so If you're a lore nerd, it may be an issue. Check out the video section for a basic run down of this mod.
Matilda will wear whatever is you have set as FOutfit.nif in the Grognak folder, so if she looks different, that's why.
