📋 About This Mod
Skip DiMA's Memory Games
I completed it once, never again......
I have the console commands written down somewhere to skip DiMA's attempt at making Minecraft a thing in Fallout. Thing is every time I start a new game I can never remember where I put the piece of paper. Sure I could use bat. files but using the console takes me slightly out of the game, and this is much quicker. So look at the screenshots, you will see five buttons, one for each memory. Press one, you'll get the corresponding memory, and the button dissappears to prevent button spamming. Not that anything happens once you have the memory tape and keep pressing like a madman, just a way of cleaning up the buttons.
So that's basically it. It's just pure, quick convenience, nothing more. You can remove the mod once you have the tapes, it does nothing else. Or keep it on, it's quick and clean and a mod like this I think is one that you'd use on all playthroughs. Because fck that part.
Don't forget to listen to the tapes, the third one IIRC advances the Best Left Forgotten quest. Try to press the buttons in order as well, because it does this by advancing the quest, not by simply adding the tapes.
I know there are other mods that skip it, some are bat. files, one skips everything in one go, but mine allows you to skip each individual part. Reasoning being you might feel like doing one or two yourself normally, but then CBA with the last two. I believe in giving players choice.
Install how you like.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community trust (2,795 endorsements) and over half a million downloads—this is a proven fix.
- Saves you from the most tedious part of Far Harbor; one click per memory and you're done.
- No messy batch files or console commands—just press a button and move on.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2019—might not be compatible with the latest Fallout 4 patches or next-gen update.
- Only skips the puzzles; if you wanted the lore or exploration, you'll miss out on those sequences.
- Requires the Far Harbor DLC, so it's useless if you don't own it.
For Fallout 4 players who've already done DiMA's memories once and never want to do them again. If you're on a new playthrough and just want to get to the story, this is a must-have. Skip if you actually enjoy the puzzle minigames or are playing without Far Harbor.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the Far Harbor DLC installed, or the mod won't have anything to skip.
- The buttons appear in the memory sequence interface—look for them at the bottom of the screen.
- If you're using a mod manager, install via NMM or Vortex; otherwise, drop the files into your Data folder.
