📋 About This Mod
What is this?
This is a BodySlide file that adds CBBE Physics to HN66's Sirius. 16 Assault Armor.
Install with NMM or manually.
The original mod is needed. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27280/?
No original files will be overwritten.
Build the relevant armor pieces with the extension "CBBE Physics" in Bodyslide to your preset.
Please Note
Due to a variety of methods how to add physics to an outfit this may not work completely harmoniously with other outfit parts from other mods. I add CBBE physics in a way that I feel get as close as possible to the physics of the nude CBBE physics body, after experimenting quite a bit I found a way I am comfortable with.
I may write a simple text file tutorial on how to add physics in the near future.
I am planning to upload a physics file for the original Sirius Armor . 12 as well.
Thanks to HN66 / RazorX13 / Ousnius for creating this awesome armor and HN66's kind permission to upload this file. Thanks to Ousnius for Bodyslide and OutfitStudio. Thanks to the CBBE team for CBBE. Thanks to Karna5 for putting me on the path to add physics.
This BodySlide file adds CBBE Physics support to HN66's Sirius.16 Assault Armor, allowing the armor to have physics-enabled body movement. It's a niche compatibility mod for Fallout 4 players who use CBBE and BodySlide. With 1,084 endorsements and 29,995 downloads, it's a well-received utility for enhancing an existing armor mod.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 1,084 endorsements and nearly 30k downloads.
- Simple compatibility patch that enhances an existing armor mod with physics.
- Easy to install if you already use BodySlide.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2017 — may not work with the latest Fallout 4 patches or BodySlide versions.
- Requires the original Sirius.16 Assault Armor mod, which is not linked here.
- Only adds physics; no new textures or models.
For Fallout 4 modders who already use CBBE and BodySlide and want their Sirius.16 Assault Armor to have physics-enabled movement. Skip if you don't use CBBE or don't care about physics on that specific armor.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the original Sirius.16 Assault Armor installed before adding this physics patch.
- Use BodySlide to build the armor with the 'Physics' preset to see the effect in-game.
- Check that your BodySlide version is compatible with this older file; if not, you may need to update or use a compatibility patch.
